Athlete Applications

Kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Deleted earlier upon request.

Approved Athlete Profiles

Data kept while your profile is active.
Removed within 30 days of deactivation.

Verification Documents

(ID upload, proof of competition, manager references)
Kept for up to 90 days after verification.
Then permanently deleted.

Website Forms (WPX-hosted)

Retained for 6–12 months.

Google Forms Submissions

Stored securely within Google Workspace.
Manually deleted once no longer required.

Email Newsletter Data

Kept until you unsubscribe.
Removed automatically within 30 days.

Analytics Data

Kept for up to 26 months.

2. Secure Deletion

Data is deleted through:

Google Workspace secure deletion

Permanent removal from WordPress/WPX

Overwritten backups

Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
